Our unique, one-of-a-kind service delivers comprehensive and efficient Operational Qualification validations for Cerner Millennium and SCC Soft blood bank systems.
Our approach starts with on-staff seasoned blood bank professionals and specialists who review the current state of the blood bank system, facility-specific SOPs, and determine the best approach for a truly safe system, not just a tested system.
This involves applying rich proprietary technology as an intelligent system to cover areas of the system never thought possible…until you see it! Custom workflows, tracking back to specific regulation guidelines and extreme validation processes covering many thousands of combinations, allow this unique validation to be completed quickly and efficiently.
All testing results are provided throughout the process, along with documentation on issues found. Following a validation then fix and re-test process, the entire validation package is shipped to the site along with signed documentation and all results on a DVD, ready for any inspector to easily review.
